Project execution, management and coordination

The execution, management and coordination of verification and validation activities, tasks and projects is our core-business. Q-tility’s V&V execution, management and coordination services center around eight basic modular services; seven technical services and one managerial service. Each of these eight basics services can be applied individually to address a specific V&V life-cycle aspect. These eight services can also be combined and adapted to facilitate the execution, management or coordination of complete V&V projects that meet our customer’s specific modeling, simulation or serious-game’s business needs. All these services are rooted in and compliant with the SISO/NATO Generic Methodology for Verification and Validation (GM-VV) standard. Q-tility offers these services in two basic responsibility levels to its customers:

• V&V Project Execution
  Q-tility takes the full responsibility of the customer’s V&V project and results. We take all the V&V work out of the customer’s hands and do the work for the customer. Q-tility’s professionals execute all the V&V activities and manage the V&V project, coordinate the V&V activities with other M&S activities, stakeholders, domain and subject matter experts.
• V&V Project Support
  Q-tility’s customer holds the full responsibility of the V&V project and results. We at Q-tility help the customer with our expertise do the V&V work. Q-tility’s professionals support, supervise and coach the customer’s project team members with executing V&V activities, managing the V&V project, and coordinating the V&V activities with other M&S activities, stakeholders, domain and subject matter experts.
